1 and 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, three big
two eggs
1/3 cup of nonfat yogurt

Steps to Get Ready:
To prepare the chicken, slice the breasts into third-inch pieces. To make slicing simpler, try cooking the chicken to a partly frozen state.
