Ingredients: 1 pound of beef (ground or shredded)

1 pound of Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into small pieces 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces

1 little onion, chopped

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

Half a teaspoon of dried rosemary.

1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Dough: A mixture of flour, water, and other ingredients used to make bread, pastries, and other baked goods.

3 cups of regular flour

1 piece of cold unsalted butter

1 small spoon of salt

2 egg yolks, separated ½ cup of cold water
