Step 1: Begin by combining the flour and seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl. Toss the beef stew meat in the mixture until it’s thoroughly coated.
Step 2: In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the coated meat, minced garlic, and sliced bell peppers. Sauté until the meat begins to brown.
Step 3: Transfer the cooked beef and peppers to a slow cooker lined with paper towels, leaving excess fat behind in the pan.
Step 4: To the same pan, add the stewed tomatoes with their juices and the beef broth. Allow the mixture to simmer briefly, then pour it over the beef and peppers in the slow cooker.
