What You Need:
8 ounces of cubed feta cheese, 8 ounces of cubed mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of olive oil
4 finely sliced cloves of garlic
A couple of teaspoons of finely chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
*Red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon
Entire lemon’s zest
Toss with salt and pepper.
How to Follow
1. Boil a medium-sized mason jar for 10 minutes to sterilize it.
2. Mix the lemon zest, chopped rosemary, chopped garlic, dried oregano, thyme, and olive oil in a small bowl. Be sure to mix well.
Third, fill the sterile mason jar with the cubed mozzarella and feta cheeses.
4. Coat the cheese cubes completely with the olive oil mixture. Tap the jar gently against the counter to release any trapped air.
Taste and add salt and pepper. 5.
6. Put the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for at least a day so the flavors can combine.

7. You have the option to serve it cold or allow it to cool to room temperature.
Tips and Variations
For a variety of tastes, try using pepper jack, cheddar, or gouda cheese. To spice things up, try infusing the olive oil with cumin or coriander, or add some other herbs like dill or basil. Before you close the jar, add some edible flowers for a more elegant touch.
