1. Grease a frying pan with butter.
2. Season the eggs with salt and add pepper to taste. Mix well.
3. Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan.
4. Place the first layer of pita bread on top, followed by sausage slices and grated cheese. Add another layer of pita bread, then tomato slices and more cheese. Repeat with another layer of pita bread, sausage, and cheese. Top it all off with the remaining pita bread.
5. Distribute the remaining beaten eggs over the top layer of pita.
6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about five minutes.
7. Carefully flip the entire construction over, cover again, and fry for an additional five minutes until both sides are golden brown.
8. Your lazy and delicious one-pan pita breakfast is ready to be enjoyed!
