Prepare your favorite chocolate cake batter.
Fold marshmallows into cake batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake the Cake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely in pan.
Prepare the Icing:
Combine confectioners’ sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until smooth.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour icing over cooled cake.
Let icing set for 30 minutes.
