Cut potatoes, red bell peppers, and red peppers into small cubes.
Peel and chop the tomatoes finely. Chop off the rest of the ingredients.
Mix eggs with milk, oil, salt and pepper.
Add flour and chemical yeast.
Add the cubes of cheese to the batter.
Add chopped vegetables to mix and stir to combine
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
Cut into squares and serve
