  1. Mash the Banana:
    • Start by peeling the banana and mashing it in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix Egg and Banana:
    • Crack the egg into the bowl with the mashed banana. Stir well to combine into a homogenous mixture.

  5. Cook the Mixture:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the banana-chocolate mixture into the skillet, spreading it to form a thin layer. Cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side or until firm and slightly golden.
  6. Prepare Chocolate Coating:
    • While the dessert is cooking, melt the remaining 30g of chocolate in the microwave, following the same method as before.

    • Once cooked, transfer the banana chocolate treat to a plate. Drizzle with the melted chocolate coating and add a dollop of Greek yogurt on the side.
