- Mash the Banana:
- Start by peeling the banana and mashing it in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix Egg and Banana:
- Crack the egg into the bowl with the mashed banana. Stir well to combine into a homogenous mixture.
- Melt Chocolate:
- Place the 80g of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
- Combine Chocolate with Banana Mixture:
- Pour the melted chocolate into the banana and egg mixture. Stir quickly to incorporate before the chocolate starts to set.
- Cook the Mixture:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the banana-chocolate mixture into the skillet, spreading it to form a thin layer. Cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side or until firm and slightly golden.
- Prepare Chocolate Coating:
- While the dessert is cooking, melt the remaining 30g of chocolate in the microwave, following the same method as before.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, transfer the banana chocolate treat to a plate. Drizzle with the melted chocolate coating and add a dollop of Greek yogurt on the side.
