Simple and tasty grilled cheese sandwich.

Use mayonnaise instead of butter when grating cheese. A pan that doesn’t stick on low heat is enough. Instead of putting it on bread, spread a layer of mayonnaise. When the bread becomes golden, flip the sandwich over gently and cook the other side.

I don’t understand how putting mayonnaise would make a difference. Firstly, mayonnaise is easier to spread than oil. Putting it on soft bread will help keep it together. Also, unlike oil, mayonnaise does not catch fire easily because it has a high smoke point. In the end, adding egg mayonnaise and butter to the bread creates a delicious crust and a rich buttery taste.
