Soft Cake Recipe

1) Take a salad bowl, add the 4 eggs, the vanilla sugar and all the sugar. Mix with an electric mixer until very frothy.
2)Then add the 8 tablespoons of oil, 8 tablespoons of milk, the baking powder. Mix again with the electric mixer. Add the flour little by little, while mixing with the mixer. Your dough should be very smooth. Finally add the lime juice. Mix one last time.
3)Put your dough in a mold and bake at 190° degrees for about 40 minutes.
