Taco Meat

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Once the beef is browned, drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Sprinkle chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the browned beef. Stir to evenly coat the meat with the spices.
Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth, stirring to combine.
Reduce heat to medium-low and let the taco meat simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced and the flavors have melded together.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve the taco meat in tacos, burritos, nachos, or any other Mexican-inspired dish of your choice.
