Four cups of all-purpose flour, one and a half cups of shortening, and half a cup of water are the ingredients needed.
3-Tbsps of clear sugar
one egg
salt, 2 teaspoons
Instructions:
One, combine four cups of all-purpose flour, two teaspoons of salt, and three tablespoons of white sugar in a big basin.
To make the mixture seem like coarse crumbs, add 1 ¾ cups of shortening.
3. Whisk together the flour, ½ cup of water, and 1 beaten egg in a small bowl. Bring the ingredients together and mix until a dough is formed.
4. Separate the dough into four equal halves; this recipe yields four pie crusts. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
5. Flour a workspace and roll out the refrigerated dough until it fits your pie pan.
Step six: Put your preferred pie filling in the crust and bake it as directed in the recipe.
